I will try to tell all the people that CoinsBank don`t give a fu…. about you like customer , and don`t answer on phone EVER . Let me tell you my experience with coinsbank :
1) The SEPA withdrawal worst ever and you pay a fee of 25 euro . For this fee you narmally have your money in 1-2 days , but no you will have it in not less then 1 week .
2) i was haveing problems with my cards that i have with coinsbank ( don`t think that i a lower level verification , i have full verification but for them this is not important ) they was charge me 2 times and they was charge me for a ATM withdrawal that it was not succesuful . And normally if is bank`s fault they refund your money in 24-48 Hours , but the answer of coinsbank was refund in 14 days . Really ????? Is your fault and you tell me that you will refund my money in 14 days ??????
3) Don`t try to contact them on the phone because i was try like 1000 times and no luck . This is not a bank !!!!!!!! and don`t care about his customers .
