. I contacted them 6 months ago for help in returning money from a brokerage company. I was consulted, studied my problem and was told that the only way to get my money back was a chargeback. I signed a contract with them, they described it very well and the reviews are good. They promised that the money will be returned within a maximum of 20 days. As you can see, this did not happen. A lot of time has already passed, and the return does not even smell.
After they received the money, they didn’t really do anything for a positive result.
I turned to the law firm Bichurin and Partners to get help to return the money from the Multi broker, I had about 500 thousand stuck there. I left a request on their website kredo-law.org and they called me back literally within an hour. It was written on the site that they work without prepayment, but in fact they still demanded part of the payment. For their services, they assigned an amount of 70,000, 40 now, and 30 after the return of the money. I agreed, they sent me a contract by e-mail. They said that the refund would be in a pinch in 3 months, but now I’ve been waiting for six months. Calls are rarely answered and only breakfast is served. I asked for my money back, but they say that they have fulfilled all their obligations and I can only wait. For some reason, it seems that they did nothing, but only took money from me. Only later did I find out that they simply copied the site of another legal entity and are ordinary scammers
